The Hotel del Centro, set in a beautiful old building erected according to the safety standards, has invested heavily in its safety programs (forexample, there is a smoke alarm in every room, fire hydrants and emergency exits on each floor) and obtained the Certificate of use and occupancy, the Certificate of fire prevention and the Certificates of electrical safety issued by the competent authority.
